Obituary
Madawaska – Lionel E. Chasse, 82, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at a Madawaska assisted living facility. He was born in Madawaska on April, 23, 1935, son of the late Joseph and Wellina (Gervais) Chasse. He is survived by his wife Theresa Roussel of Bangor; one son, Richard Chasse and his wife Sue of Bangor, one daughter, Lisa Feydt and her husband John of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; one step-son, Danny Daigle and his partner Myles Gaunt of Delray, Florida; three granddaughters, Gabryelle and Amber Chasse of Bangor, Alexis Feydt of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Eight Siblings, Norman Chasse and his wife Rachel, Marie Mae Vaillancourt, Martha Lavertu and her husband Roger, and Nancy Corbin all of Madawaska, Gerald Chasse and his wife Mary Ann of Van Buren, Omerine Cyr and her husband Peter of Caribou, Ronald Chasse and his wife Denise of Edmundston, N.B., Anne Blaylock and her husband Terry of Hot Springs Arkansas; several nieces and nephews. Lionel was predeceased by two siblings, Priscilla Lavertu and Edward "Bee" Chasse. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at a later date.
