Madawaska---Lorraine (Nadeau) Gendreau, 89, died Friday, May 18, 2019 in Bangor.  Lorraine was born April 23, 1930, in Edmundston, New Brunswick, Canada, the daughter of the late Alcide and Yvonne (Lang) Nadeau.  Lorraine was an extremely dedicated housewife.  She is survived by her beloved husband of 64 years, Hervy; their three children and three grandsons, Fr. Claude of Portland, Helen and her husband Walter Derosier, and their two sons, Adam and Nathan (Lindsey) all of Madawaska, Donald and his wife Louise (Martin) and their son Cedric all of Madawaska.  She is survived by her siblings, Rina (Robert) St. Onge of Lewiston, Jacqueline Solange Querze of Madawaska, and Bertin (Dee) of Norwich, CT; many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by three sisters, Aldea Ouellette, Claudette Duperre, and Ginnette; two brothers, Martin and Robert.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11am on Wednesday, May 22 at the St. David Church.  Family and friends may call at Lajoie Funeral Home, Madawaska from 8:30am until 10:30am on Wednesday before the service.  Committal services will take place immediately following the service in the parish cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, those who wish, may donate to Edgar J.
