Madawaska---Lorraine J. Nadeau, 92, passed away at a Presque-Isle health care facility on March 29, 2025.  She was born in Edmundston, New Brunswick on March 18, 1933, daughter of the late Raoul and Phoebi (Jalbert) Picard.  Lorraine is survivied by four children, Dr. John Nadeau and his wife Ronda of Woodland, Diane Charette and her husband Dale of Mapelton, Ann Babin and her husband John of St. Agatha, Janice Labrie and her husband Duane of St. Agatha; seven grandchildren, Travis Nadeau, Jamie Moody and her husband Jeff, Kyle Labrie, Chad Daigle, Julia Nadeau, Carson Labrie and his fiancé Emily Thibeault and Paige Labrie; three great grandchildren; one brother, Yvon Picard and his wife Denise of Edmundston; one sister-in-law, Sylvie Picard also of Edmundston; a special niece, Rose Michaud; many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her husband, Roger Nadeau; two brothers, Roland and Real.  A Graveside Service will be held 10am on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at the St. Thomas Cemetery in Madawaska.
