Fort Kent—Mamie Theriault, 104, passed away peacefully at a Fort Kent health care facility. She was born on June 5, 1916, daughter of the late Denis and Josephine (Voisine) Theriault. Mamie spent many days knitting and sewing for her family and friends. One thing that always brought Mamie joy, was jewelry. She would show off her beautiful bracelets to everyone that visited her. Mamie is survived by one daughter, Ruth Bouchard and her husband Magella of Fort Kent; nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren. Mamie is predeceased by her parents Denis and Josephine (Voisine) Theriault; her husband Jessie Theriault; one daughter, Bonita Raymond who Mamie missed dearly; one brother, Yvon Theriault Sr.; seven sisters, Mandy Charette, Sadie Levesque, Evelyn Theriault, Delia Pelletier, Theresa Lavoie, Izy Thibodeau, and Laura Conley. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lajoie-Daigle Funeral Home.
