Marianne (Dorianne) Michaud, age 78, passed away unexpectedly on December 26, 2025. She was born to Alcid and Mathe Deschenes, both of whom preceded her. She is also predeceased by her beloved husband, Phil Michaud, who passed away in 2002.

Marianne was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, whose love for her family was the center of her life. Known for her warmth and deep love for her family, Marianne will be remembered for the care she gave so freely. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her children: Roger Michaud & spouse Carla, Greg Michaud & spouse Patti, Tina Michaud & spouse Billy, Terry Mulka & spouse Gary, Marge Vaillancourt & spouse Gaetan, and Joel “Pit” Roy. She was a proud grandmother to Natasha Michaud, Austin Michaud, Shane Michaud, Alexia Bouchard, Kyzen Bouchard, Gage Mulka, Brian Vaillancourt, and Joseph Vaillancourt; and a cherished great-grandmother to J-Lynn, Payton, Hailey, and Hope. She is also survived by her brothers, Conrad Deschenes and his spouse Rita and Real Deschenes.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, June 12, 2026, at St. Bruno–St. Remi Catholic Church, 174 Maine Street, Van Buren, Maine 04785.
