Grand Isle - Marie Mae (Ringuette) Morrow, beloved mother, grandmother and aunt passed peacefully January 14, 2013, surrounded by her loving family at a Bangor health care facility. Marie Mae was born in St. Anne, New Brunswick on May 16, 1933, one of 10 children to Armand and Irene (Lavoie) Ringuette. Being a self taught piano player, Marie Mae played the piano for many years at Arseneault's and she worked at the Madawaska Tastee Freeze for 19 years. She enjoyed gatherings at the homestead with music being at the heart of every celebration. Being an outdoor enthusiast, her favorite past time was cross country skiing, where she enjoyed her own trail behind the house called the 95. Marie Mae is survived by her children: Paul Morrow and wife Cheryl of Brewer, Lise Williams and husband Tommy of Memphis, TN, Daniel Morrow and wife Nancy of Auburn, Nicole Piche and husband Dale of Lincoln and the wife of her late son William, "Bill" Morrow, Lisa of Lebanon; eight grandchildren: Shannon Garcia and husband Diego of Queens, NY, Holly Martin and husband Anthony of Windham, Paul Morrow, Jr. and wife Caitlin of Bangor, Matthew Morrow of Brewer, Colette Williams of Memphis, TN, Eric and Scott Morrow of Auburn, Brittany Mae Piche of Lincoln, a step granddaughter, Melissa Wolpert and husband Nathaniel of Springfield, VA, and a step grandson, Kevin McSheean of Lebanon; four great grandsons; Jackson and Maddox Garcia, and Landon and Liam Martin; two step great granddaughters: Madelyn Wolpert and Madison Brewington; sisters: Armande Verret and husband GB of Moncton, New Brunswick, Anne Pelletier, Gladys Ringuette, Fernande Albert and husband Don, Giselle Michaud and husband Conrad all of Edmundston, New Brunswick, brother-in-law, Raymond Morrow and wife Laura of Grand Isle; former daughter-in-law, Ruth Morrow of Rochester, NH; many, many nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to her parents, Marie Mae was predeceased by her husband, Carl Morrow, and son, William "Bill" Morrow; brother, Alyre Ringuette, and sisters: Jeanne Chasse, Ella Dionne and Rina Toussaint. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11am on Friday, January 18 at the St. Gerard Church. Family and friends may call at Lajoie Funeral Home from 9am until 10:30am on Friday. Spring interment will be held in the Parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Marie Mae's memory may be made to the Ronald McDonald House of Bangor, 654 State Street Bangor, ME 04401.
