On Tuesday morning, February 16, 2016,  the Lord called Mark Bard, 52, home unexpectedly. In so we lost a husband, a father, a grandfather, a brother, a son, and a great friend. The rest of the world lost a kind-hearted, helper of all man kind. His good deeds will be missed by many.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Sandra Bard (Cyr), 4 children; Adam Rossignol and his fiancé Randie, Dustin Cyr and his wife Andrea, Haley Perkins, and his youngest Taylor Bard, all of Van Buren. He also had 3 grand daughters; Ava + Mya Perkins, and Allyson Rossignol. His siblings of which Mark was the youngest. Sandra Pitre, and Judy Gagnon both of Van Buren. Ivan Bard of Presque Isle, and Gary Bard of Caribou. Many nieces and nephews who were all very special to him.

He was predeceased by both his Father George E. Bard (1989), and his Mother Constance F. Bard (Michaud) (2015).

An honorary celebration of his life will be held at St. Bruno St. Remi's Church on Wednesday, Feburary 24th 2016 at 11AM. Prior to service there will be a visiting hour 10AM - 11AM.
