St. Agatha--- Mark Edmond Dumond, 50, passed away unexpectedly on December 19, 2021. He was born in Fort Kent on July 4, 1971, son of Edmond and Carmen (Marquis) Dumond. He grew up in Sinclair Maine and attended elementary school at Patrick Theriault. He later went on to attend Wisdom Middle High School, class of 1989.  Mark had many jobs as a salesman that included working for Humpty Dumpty, Bangor Daily News, Daigle Oil Company, and his last job at P&E Distributors. Mark loved being on the road meeting new people, and he made a lasting impression on everyone he met. For several years Mark coached soccer and softball at Wisdom for each of his daughters. Mark had many hobbies that included riding snowmobile, boating, camping, and spending time with his friends and family. Mark's favorite place to be was the Moose Valley Sporting Lodge in Canada, he spent many years riding snowmobile there and made friends that turned into family. Mark had a passion for many things but if one thing is for certain he loved his daughters more than anything. He is survived by his two daughters, Morgan Dumond and Sydney Dumond. His mother Carmen Marquis, and his father Edmond Dumond. He is also survived by his two older brothers Danny and his wife Lucie of Baker Brook and his other brother Phil Dumond of Bangor, and his nephew Seth Dumond of Bangor. He is also survived by his girlfriend, Chantal Savoie of Edmundston; along with his ex-wife, Linda Daigle of Saint Agatha. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, 10am at St. Agatha church.
