Frenchville and Fairfield---Mark Michaud, 49, passed away unexpectedly on January 3, 2025, in Fairfield.  He was born in Edmundston, New Brunswick, Canada on March 24, 1975, beloved son of Raymond and Venise (Collin) Michaud.  With his love for animals, Mark volunteered his time at the ASPCA in Augusta.  He enjoyed working in his vegetable garden, always having an abundance to give out.  Mark was employed as a Work Force Analyst with Geographic Solutions, Inc., and he considered them a second family.  He is survived by his parents; two sisters, Kim and her wife Pam Michaud of Hampden; Cheryl Daigle and her fiancé, Jay Perkins of Frenchville.  His niece and nephew, Dillon Daigle of Cornish, and Ashley Daigle of Old Town.  He was deeply loved and will be missed by uncles, aunts, and his clan of cousins.  A Graveside Service will be held later in the spring.
