St. Francis— Maynard Jackson, 81, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2020 at a Fort Kent health care facility. He was born on September 28, 1938, son of the late Aaron Sr. and Melissa (Thibodeau) Jackson. After his accident in the woods in Northern Maine, his wife was able to keep him home for over 50 years. Maynard is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Nathelie Joyce Jackson; two sisters, Verna Hughes of Connecticut, Annie Martin and her husband Albert of Fort Fairfield. Maynard is predeceased by eleven siblings, Fred Jackson, Elizabeth Kelly, Leanna Hughes, Roland Jackson, Romeo Jackson, Aaron Jackson Jr., Percy Jackson, Louis Jackson, Jeannette Dodd, Vincent Jackson and Irene McBreairty.  A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
