Fort Kent and Madawaska - Micheal E. Marquis, 27, of Fort Kent and Madawaska, passed away due to a tragic car accident on April 26, 2018, in Hamlin. He was born in Ellsworth on June 29, 1990, the son of Paul and Kimberly Marquis of Fort Kent. Micheal is a former student of FKCH class of 2008, UMFK, WCCC class of 2016. Several places Micheal lived were Gouldsboro, Belfast, Stockton Spring, and Bucksport. In addition to his parents, Micheal is survived by his fiancée, Shannon Berube, and her children, Alexis and Blake, of Madawaska, and her parents, Gilman and Diane Berube; his brothers, Mark and his wife, Kelly Marquis of Presque Isle, Jesse Marquis of Warren, Andrew and his wife, Tab Marquis of Presque Isle, Benjamin and his wife, Samm Marquis of Gorham, and Charlie Marquis of Benton; three nephews, Adrien, Liam, and Brady; and special cousins, Brian Clough, Patrick Hall, Liz Cisco, and Melissa Clough; as well as many special aunts and uncles, and also many cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Adrien and Jeanne Marquis, and Elton and Carolyn Hall.
