Soldier Pond --- Mildred Bossie, 93, wife of the late Leonard Bossie, passed away peacefully on May 7, 2019 at Mercy Home Nursing Facility, Eagle Lake, ME.  She was born in Wallagrass, Plt., on Nov. 11, 1925, daughter of Ronald and Agnes (Landry) Michaud. She was a past member of the "Ladies of St. Anne" of Wallagrass. She worked for many years for North and Judd in Connecticut and also for Gerbers in Fort Kent. In addition to her parents, Mildred was pre-deceased by her husband Leonard and her son, Harold Bossie. She is survived by her three children, Joan Lindsly and her husband Ed of Eagle Lake, Rosemary and her husband Gerald of Clair, NB, and Maxine Bossie of St. Agatha; seven grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday, May 14 at the Lajoie-Daigle Funeral Home, Fort Kent from 9 – 10:15am the morning of the service. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at 11am at St. Joseph's Church in Soldier Pond. Burial will be held immediately following the service in the Parish cemetery.
