Obituary

Madawaska---Murielle B. Deschaine, 74, passed away on February 8, 2017 at a Madawaska health care facility.  She was born in Edmundston, New Brunswick on April 25, 1942, daughter of the late David and Marie ( ? ?Ursyle) Nadeau.  She owned and operated Four Season's Beauty Salon, retiring in 1993.  After which she helped her husband, son, and daughter manage Deschaine Sanitation.  Murielle enjoyed genealogy, learning about family roots for over twenty years.  She also sang with a local band called "Les Playboy" for many years.  She is survived by her husband of fifty two years, Gerald P. Deschaine of Madawaska; two children, Tamara "Tammy" Sirois and her husband Philip of St. Agatha, Todd Deschaine and his wife Shawna of Madawaska; her step-mother, Dora Nadeau; seven grandchildren, Christy, Ricky, Kathy, Dereck, Riley, Reagan, Delaney; one great-grandson, Abram; ten siblings, Robert, Guy, Armande, Jackie, Denise, Steven, Diane, Michael, Paula, and Kathy; two step-sisters, Peggy and Lorrie; many nieces and nephews.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Monday, February 13, 2017 at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church.  Family and friends may offer their condolences from 9am until 9:45am before the Service at the church.
