Van Buren--- Noella Parent Sirois, age 94, passed away on February 12, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Lille, Maine, on August 22, 1929, the eldest child of Noel and Blanche (Corbin) Parent.

Noella was predeceased by her husband Bertrand in 2005; one brother, Richard Parent; and four sisters, Priscille Davis, Arlene Learnard, Normande Rossignol, and Sr. Imelda Parent, DW; and two brothers-in-law, Richard Learnard, and James Verboys.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Leah Marie Sirois of Bangor; two brothers, Paul Parent and his wife Dolores of Augusta, and Roger Parent and his wife Rolande of South Bend, IN; two sisters, Dorothy Parent of E. Windsor, CT, and Lorraine Verboys of Shenorock, NY; in-laws, James Davis, Phillippe Rossignol, and Priscilla Parent; and many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on  Thursday, February 15, 2024 at St. Bruno-St. Remi Church, Main St., Van Buren. Spring interment will be in the parish cemetery. Flowers are welcome or contributions in Noella's name may be made to Heifer International, 1 World Avenue Little Rock, AR 72202, or to a charity of one's choice. Arrangements are a service of Lajoie Funeral Home, 118 High St., Van Buren.
