Madawaska--- Patricia N. Desrochers, 68, passed away peacefully Saturday, December 12, 2020, following a short illness. She was born March 21, 1952 in Madawaska, a daughter of the late Gabriel and Mona (Babin) Michaud.

She worked many years for LePage Bakeries, Auburn, and Lisbon News, a convenience store in Lewiston. She also worked at Georgetown Pottery, a job she loved, painting ceramic pottery creations. She relocated back to her hometown of Madawaska to be closer her family and friends. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts, drawing and sketching, and excelled at flower pressing. She also enjoyed tending to her vegetable and flower gardens.

She is survived by: two sons, Jason Desrochers of So. Portland and Daniel Desrochers of Auburn; three brothers, Donald Michaud and his wife Lynn of Florida, Dick Michaud and his wife Sue, and Mitch Michaud and his wife Johanne, both of Madawaska; one granddaughter, Angelina; a special cousin, Carol Waltman; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Patricia is predeceased by her former husband, Donald Desrochers, and a brother, Gabriel Michaud, Jr.

Funeral services will be held privately by Patricia's family. Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery, Madawaska. Arrangements were a service of Lajoie Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 114-10 ^th Ave., Madawaska.
