Patricia M. Levasseur, 84, of Grand Isle, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023, at a Fort Kent Health Care Facility.  She was born in Grand Isle on November 6, 1938, a daughter of the late George and Ida (Theriault) L'Italien.  Over the years she made long-lasting friendships everywhere she worked.  Friendships she cherished and maintained throughout her life.  She travelled extensively across the country and especially enjoyed her winters in Florida with friends and family.  She is predeceased by her husband of 51 years, Mathieu "Bernie" Levasseur.  She is survived by her sons, Michael B. Levasseur of Kennebunk, Wayne D. Levasseur and his wife, Monik of Edmundston, New Brunswick, brother, Nelson L'Italien and his wife Patricia of Grand Isle, Lilly Kehoe of Michigan and Ann Freeman of Grand Isle.  In keeping with her wishes a Memorial Service will be held on Saturday November 18 at 10AM at the Lajoie Funeral Home, Madawaska.  Burial will take place at the St. Gerard Cemetery in Grand Isle, ME.
