Obituary

Fort Kent- Patrick M. Robichaud Sr., 95, died peacefully with his family by his side on December 12, 2017 at a Fort Kent Health Care Facility.  He was born in Fort Kent on June 2, 1922, the son of Liguori and Elise (Michaud) Robichaud.
Pat was a life member of the 3rd Degree Knights of Columbus Council #0352 of Fort Kent.
Pat will be remembered for his sense of humor that always brightened every ones day, He had a great memory and loved to talk about history, reading books especially the bible.

He is survived by seven children: Rena and husband Joel Michaud of Winthrope, Me. , Robert and wife Louisel Robichaud of Ottawa, Ontario, Paul and wife Gloria Robichaud of Fort Kent, John and wife Norma Robichaud of Wallagrass, Peter and wife Ann Robichaud of Fort Kent, Dianna and husband Jeffrey Saleeby of Scarborough, Me. and Marie Barresi of Presque Isle. One brother, Leo and wife Maxine Robichaud of Brunswick, Me., four sisters; Sister Juanita Robichaud of Winthrope, Me., Louise Barresi of Fort Kent, Venette Motyl of Long Boat Key, FL. and Dora Frank of Frenchville.

18 grandchildren; Jeffrey, Lori, Jason, Emily, Audrey, Scott, Sheila, Patrick, Tonia, Jessica, Jacob, Nicole, Austin, Alana, Layne and Evan. He is also survived by 20 Great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents Pat was predeceased by his wife Berthe Michaud in 1964, one son Patrick Jr., one sister, Rita Freeman and one brother Philip Robichaud. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Friends may call Friday December 15th from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday 11 am until time of service at the Lajoie-Daigle Funeral Home, Fort Kent.  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 1:00 p.m.  Saturday at the St. Louis Catholic Church with Rev. Jean Paul Labrie Officiating.  Spring burial will be held in the parish cemetery.

The family would like to extend a sincere and heartfelt thank you to the staff of Northern Maine Medical Center and Cross Winds Residential Care in Fort Kent for the care and compassion given to Pat during his time of care and need.
