Grand Isle---Paul E. Cloutier, 71, passed away on October 7, 2011 at a Caribou health care facility. He was born in Sulle, Quebec, Canada on February 27, 1940, the son of the late Eugene and Mary Jane (Lagasse) Cloutier. He is survived by his loving wife, Rolande Roy Cloutier of Grand Isle; two step-sons, Donald Roy and his wife Sylvie of Bethel, John Roy of Southbridge, MA; one step-daughter Nancy Roy of Southbridge, MA; six step-grandchildren, Crystal, Alex, Eric, Brian, Robert, and James; nine siblings, Louis Eugene Cloutier and his wife Evelizine, Helene Marchand and her husband Marcel, Jeannine Cloutier, and Julien Cloutier all of Montreal, Canada, Carmelle Cloutier of Quebec, Canada, Gerard Cloutier and Renaud Cloutier and his wife Monique, Rene Cloutier and his wife Claire all of Stacyville, and Jean Yves Cloutier of Mattawamkeag; several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10am on Friday, October 14, 2011 at St. Gerard Church in Grand Isle.
