Obituary

Frenchville--- Philip L. Rossignol, 68, passed away peacefully Saturday, October 13, 2018, at his home. He was born July 3, 1950 in Frenchville, a son of the late Romeo and Anne Marie (Roy) Rossignol.
Phil worked for Fraser Paper for over 40 years in the Boiler Room. He was an avid snowmobiler, loved to tour the many trails throughout the County, and tinkering in his garage.
He is survived by: his wife of over 45 years, Dora (Bouchard) Rossignol of Frenchville; one son, Shawn P. Rossignol and his wife Michelle of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Shirleen Moynihan and her husband Frank and Pauline Havelick and her husband Alex, all of Connecticut; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Philip was predeceased by one brother, Real Rossignol.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Saturday, October 20, 2018, at St. Luce Catholic Church, 441 US Rte. 1, Frenchville. Relatives and friends may greet the family Saturday morning 9-9:45 AM at the church. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Arrangements are a service of Lajoie Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 114-10th Ave., Madawaska.
