Eagle Lake—Rachel Elaine (Soucie) Voisine, 72, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2020 at a Presque Isle health care facility. She was born on October 24, 1948, daughter of the late Henry (Hampy) and Gertrude (Palmer) Soucie. Rachel is survived by her two daughters, Stacy Boucher and her husband Daryl of Presque Isle, and Kim Chouinard and her husband Dave of Eagle Lake; Five grandchildren who were her pride and joy, Hilary, Hana, David, Derek, and Danny; three brothers and their wives, Lloyd and Leonette Soucie, Gary and Florence Soucie, Donnie and Christine Soucie; Rachel's in-laws, Norma and Walden Charette, Jimmy and Joyce Voisine, Ernest Jr. and Claire Voisine, Normand and Mary Ann Voisine, David and Paula Voisine, Dale Voisine, Dana and Terry Voisine, Linda Voisine, and Richard Paradis. Her special godmother and Aunt Ruth Saucier; along with the many nieces and nephews who she cherished. Rachel is predeceased her husband Jerry Voisine who passed away in 2000. Rachel is now at peace, reunited with her beloved Jerry in heaven; her parents Henry (Hampy) and Gertrude (Palmer) Soucie;  her mother and father in-law Ernest and Sylivia (Toussaint) Voisine; three sisters in-law, Nancy Duhaime, Diane Paradis, and Lisa Voisine; One brother in-law, Raymond Voisine; two nephews, Mark Voisine, and Keith Paradis; one great niece, Morgan Voisine. A Mass of Christian burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lajoie-Daigle Funeral Home
