Obituary
Ashland--- Rena Mae (Deprey) Levesque, 63, passed away May 8, 2016, at a Boston healthcare facility. Rena was born in Fort Kent, June 3, 1952, the daughter of Patrick and Leone Deprey of Wallagrass.
Rena earned her Bachelors Degree in Education from UMPI and worked for many years at the Ashland School. She enjoyed knitting, cooking, fishing on Wallagrass Lake and especially caring for her husband, daughter and her extended family. She had a heart of gold and will be dearly missed by many.
She is survived by: her devoted husband of 45 years Emile Levesque of Ashland; her loving daughter Jenny Levesque of Ashland; her siblings, Leonette and Lloyd Soucie of Fort Kent, Joel and Diane Deprey of Wallagrass, Priscille and Gilles St Onge of Plantsville, CT, Joan and Allen Thibodeau of Fort Kent, Allen and Marilyn Deprey of St. Augustine, FL, Joyce and Phil Nickerson of Wallagrass, and Amy and Greg Ouellette of Fort Kent; several nieces and nephews; and by cherished friends, Judy and Jerry Nichols, Tess Buswell, and Pam and Paul Beck.
Besides her parents, Rena is predeceased by her siblings, Lorraine, Thomas and Patrick, and a nephew Jeffrey Deprey.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at St. Mark Catholic Church, Allen Farm Rd., Ashland. Relatives and friends may greet the family Friday 6-8:00 PM and Saturday morning 9-10:45 AM at the church. Burial will be private.
