Madawaska --- Reno Picard, 88, passed away on December 23, 2019 at a Fort Kent Health Care facility. He was born on February 5, 1931, son of the late Ovila and Marie (Ouellette) Picard. Reno is survived by his daughter, Cy Charette and her husband Dale of Fort Kent; one granddaughter, Allison Rose Guerrette and her husband Mark of Madawaska; one brother, Raymond Picard of Lisbon; along with many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Rose (Jandreau) Picard in 2007; and one sister Rinette Gagnon of East Millinocket. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on January 4, 2020, at the St. Thomas Church in Madawaska. In keeping with Reno's wishes there will be no calling hours. The family would like to sincerely thank the staff at Forest Hill and Country Village Estates for their care and compassion over the past few years. As Reno said it best "Thank you for your support."
