St. John --- Reynold V. Pelletier, 84, passed away at his residence on October 21, 2018. He was born in St. John on November 26, 1933, son of the late Hector and Gertrude (Landry) Pelletier. Reynold was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, four wheeling, and gardening. He could always be found napping in his father's rocking chair. Reynold is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Cora (Jandreau) Pelletier; one daughter, Susan Pelletier and her husband Lee of St. John; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Rosaire Pelletier, and Herman Pelletier both of Connecticut; and one son-in-law, Mike Beaulieu. He is predeceased by one daughter Polly Beaulieu; eight siblings, Lucienne "Lucy" MaCarthy , Lucien Pelletier, Theresa Ouellette, Bruno Pelletier, Jean Martin, Armande Zobbi, and Loretta Cahill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at the St. Charles church in St. Francis. In keeping with Reynold's wishes, there will no calling hours.
