Fort Kent---Richard Caron, 59, passed away on April 28, 2023, at a Fort Kent health care facility. He was born in Fort Kent on October 31, 1963, son of the late Normand and Theresa (Gorneault) Caron. Richard loved fishing, where he could enjoy the solitude. He is survived by eight siblings, Juliette Desjardins and her husband Lewellyn of Fort Kent, Robert Caron of Fort Kent, Priscille Soucy of Fort Kent, Rose Lavoie and her husband Robert of Sebago Lake, Carl Caron and his wife Karen of Fort Kent, Patricia Cyr and her husband Andre of Fort Kent, Larry Caron and his wife Nancy of Connecticut, Normand Caron, Jr. and his wife Josee of Fort Kent; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Reno Caron. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at the St. Louis Church in Fort Kent. There will be no visiting hours.
