Madawaska---Rina R. Collins, 84, passed away on January 9, 2026, at a Fort Kent health care facility.  She was born in Edmundston, New Brunswick on May 12, 1941, daughter of the late Rene and Rolande (Lang) Roussel.  She is survived by two daughters, Kim Lagasse (Norm Doucette), Tina Deschaine (Gilles Thibodeau);  one son, Arthur Collins, Jr.; four grandchildren, Renee Boucher (Jamie Boucher), Thomas Lagasse, Jr. (Amy Lagasse), Gabbie Collins, Hunter Collins; three great grandchildren, Dylan Dumais, Thomas Lagasse, III, and Daryn Lagasse.  Rina was predeceased by her husband, Arthur Collins; one son, Scott Collins.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Friday, June 5, 2026 at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church.  There will be no visiting hours or receiving line.  Burial will take place at the Caribou Veteran's Cemetery at a later date.
