Bangor and Madawaska---Robert H. Picard, Jr., 49, passed away unexpectedly on August 12, 2014 at a Bangor health care facility. He was born in Ontario, Canada on January 20, 1965, son of Robert, Sr. and Pauline (Beaulieu) Picard. He enjoyed coming home to the county to visit with his mother and siblings. He took great pride in keeping his vehicle clean and shiny. He is survived by his beloved mother, Pauline Picard of Frenchville; two sisters, Mona Picard of Presque-Isle, Nora Hebert and her husband Dave of Grand Isle; two brothers, Ronald Picard and his wife Janice of Michigan, and Gary Picard and his wife Kelly of Frenchville; seven nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Robert Picard, Sr. in 1990. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Monday, August 18, 2014 at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Family and friends may call at Lajoie Funeral Home from 9am until 9:45am on Monday before the service. Interment will be held in the Parish cemetery immediately following the service.
