IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Roberta "Bobbie"
Lausier
December 26, 1940 – February 28, 2024
Roberta F. (Bobbie) Dumond Lausier passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 83 at a Fort Kent health care facility from complications of Pulmonary Fibrosis. She was born in Fort Kent on December 26, 1940, daughter of the late Eddie and Olive (Landry) Dumond. Bobbie worked side by side with her husband Roy in his many business ventures over the 61 years they were married. She was a supportive partner and loving wife. One of Roy's favorite sayings to her was "you're the boss sweetheart" and we all knew she was. She was an amazingly strong woman with no filter, so you always knew exactly where you stood with her. She loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren beyond measure. She loved her Filet-o-Fish from McDonalds, Mimosas on special occasions and her weekly trips to Dollar General and Mardens. She will be remembered for her famous stuffed cabbage (mashoo) that made an appearance at all special family gatherings. Bobbie is survived by her daughters Linda Lausier-Phillips and her husband Chris, Michele Martin and her husband Albert, and son, Chris and his wife Shelly (Pelletier) Lausier. She was known as Meem to her grandchildren Kyle and wife Jennifer (Michaels) Gervais, Chris Gervais and his wife Kristine Wagstaff, Erin Hopkins and her husband Tim, Lacey Collin and her husband Tony and Bryce and Mallory Lausier and her great grandchildren Hudson and Sullivan Gervais, Julian Wagstaff, Emme and Hayley Hopkins and Willow and Knox Collin. She is survived by a brother, Donald Dumond; a sister, Laura Mae Duncan; a very special niece, Grace Martin. Bobbie was predeceased by her parents; her brothers, Ted and Leroy; her sisters, Willena, Emma, Rollande and Fern; and her grandson, Colby Martin. She will be greatly missed by her fur baby Zoey. In keeping with Bobbie's wishes there will be no calling hours. A Graveside Service will be held 12pm (noon) on May 17, 2024, at the St. Louis Cemetery with family and close friends.
