Fort Kent---Roger Theriault, 82 passed away peacefully with his family by his side on December 31, 2025. He was born on September 26, 1943, in New Canada, ME a son of the late Alve and Melesie (Cyr)Theriault.

Roger had a deep love for animals and children, and he found comfort and happiness in music. He especially enjoyed playing his guitar, and you could often find him listening to his favorite songs. Roger enjoyed life's simple comforts and moments of relaxation and living life in his own way.

He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Carmen (Theriault) Theriault of Fort Kent; two step children and their spouses, Sonia (Danny) Dubay of Fort Kent, and Carlton (Linda) Tyson Jr. of Hosston, LA.; three daughters, Renee, Michelle and Rianne; one brother  Carroll (Diane) Theriault of Fort Kent; two sisters, Rena (Dwayne) Hutchison of Bristol, CT and Phyllis LeClerc of Myrtle Beach, SC; his grandchildren and spouses, Danielle (Keith) Daigle and Brandon (Lydia) Levesque both of Fort Kent; 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Sherman.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at St. Joseph's Memory Care in Frenchville for the wonderful care and compassion shown to our dad. We are also deeply grateful to the nurses and staff at Northern Maine Medical Center for caring for our family and our dad during a very difficult time.
