St. Agatha---Ronald F. Belanger, 81, passed away at his home in St. Agatha on February 11, 2019.  He was born in Frenchville on April 29, 1937, son of the late Sylvio and Mabel (Gauvin) Belanger.  He was a communicant of the Our Lady of the Valley Parish and was a Fourth Degree of the Knights of Columbus, Council 35 in Bristol, CT.  Ronald enjoyed being outdoors and could often be found riding his four-wheeler and his John Deer tractor.  Most importantly, loved spending time with his beloved family and friends.  He is survived by his beloved wife of sixty years, Sylvia (Caron) Belanger of St. Agatha; one son, Allen Belanger and his fiancé Connie Wynn of Virginia Beach; two daugthers, Brenda Guillemette and her husband Robert, Lisa Valliere and husband Keith all of Southington, CT; six grandchildren, Jesse, Shawnna, Kendra, Kurt, Kevin, and Justin; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Norman Belanger of Madawaska, Donald Belanger and his wife Rena-Mae of Portage Lake; many nieces and nephews; and his precious little dog, Meeka.  He was predeceased by his infant daughter, Deborah Marie; two sisters, Annette Bard and Rena Caron; one brother, Reno Belanger.  Funeral Services will be held later in the summer.
