Fort Kent---Sadie (Blier) Boucher, 96, died at a Fort Kent health care facility on January 14, 2023.  She was born in Fort Kent on October 6, 1926, daughter of the late Albert and Mabel Blier.  She had eleven children.  Sadie is survived by ten children, Jeffrey Boucher and his friend Donna Buckley of Florida, Terry Boucher and his wife Linda of St. John, Linda Cyr of Fort Kent, Gloria Cyr and her husband Marcel of Fort Kent, Diana Cyr and her husband Robert of Florida, Nora "Jenny" Theriault and her husband Lee of Fort Kent, Grace Bergin and her husband Dan of Connecticut, Dalen Boucher and his wife Denise of Fort Kent, Claire Ouellette and her husband Michael of Connecticut; two sisters, Gertrude Boucher of Fort Kent and Albertha Boucher of Connecticut; two brothers, Clarence Blier and Garland Blier both of Fort Kent; twenty nine grandchildren; twenty six great grandchildren; seven step grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her husband of many years, Emery Boucher; an infant son; and one son, Eric Boucher; one sister, Mamie Ouellette; three brothers, Rene, Eddie, and Emile Blier; two sons-in-law, James Levesque and Carl Cyr.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at the St. Louis Church in Fort Kent.  Family and friends may call at Lajoie-Daigle Funeral Home from 8:30AM until 9:30AM on Saturday before the Mass.
