Obituary

Grand Isle--- Sandra G. Levesque, 53, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, August 1, 2019, following several years of ill health. She was born March 15, 1966 in Van Buren, a daughter of Simon Morrow Jr. and the late Claudette (Corbin) Morrow.

She last worked for Alpha One as a personal care assistant for area residents, for several years. Previously she worked at the former Madawaska perfume factory and many local farmers during harvest. Sandy enjoyed trying her luck with lottery tickets and attending local BINGO games. She adored her children and especially cherished being a grandmother.

She is survived by: five children & step-children, Joey Levesque and his wife Crystal of Caribou, Nicole Levesque, Betty Gagnon and her husband Nick, Nathalie Pinette and her husband Jared, and Mike Morrow and his wife Paige, all of Van Buren; her father of Van Buren; her former husband, Paul Levesque; four siblings, Simon Morrow III and his wife Deanne of Madison, Tammy Morrow and her companion Danny Labreck of Caswell, Julie Duprey and her husband Scott of Van Buren, and Rebekah Cyr and her husband Jerry of Bangor; fourteen grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her mother, Sandy was predeceased by her brother Eric Morrow.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, at St. Bruno-St. Remi Catholic Church, Main St., Van Buren. There will be no calling hours. Burial will be in St. Gerard Cemetery, Grand Isle. Arrangements are a service of Lajoie Funeral Home, 118 High St., Van Buren, ME 04785.
