Obituary

Fort Kent---Scott Boucher, 47, passed away unexpectedly in Fort Kent on November 12, 2017.  He was born in Fort Kent on March 4, 1970, son of the late Valere and Doris (Soucy) Boucher.  Scott was a general contractor who worked for many different companies, but most recently for Benchmark Construction out of Westbrook.  He is survived by one daughter, Kayla Boucher of Frenchville; one son, Dillon Boucher of Presque-Isle; one special grandson, Avery Kelly of Frenchville; his special companion Becky Lawn and her daughter, Briar Lawn of Fort Kent; three sisters, Nina Harris and her husband Bob of Mercer, Karen Ouellette and her husband Paul of Fort Kent, Marcine Akeley and her husband Lee of Raymond; two brothers, Russell Boucher and his wife Vicky of Fort Kent, Mark Boucher and his wife Tracy of Felton, Delaware; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.  He was predeceased by one sister, Penny Loveland; two brothers, Lester, and Steve.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Friday, November 17, 2017 at the St. Louis Church.  Family and friends may call at Lajoie-Daigle Funeral Home from 6-8pm on Thursday and from 9am until 9:45am on Friday before the Service.
