Lewiston/Fort Kent-- Scott Picard, 55, Lewiston, Maine, passed away on December 7, 2022, with his sister, Anne by his side.  Scott was born in Fort Kent, Maine on June 23, 1967 to George and Clara (Ouellette) Picard. He was much loved by family, friends and those who cared for his needs. He is predeceased by his brother Paul Picard, and both of his parents. He is survived by his sisters, Anne Picard, Lynne Thibodeau and her husband Scott, three nephews, Jared Schoonard, Evan Yates and Colin Yates and one niece, Ella Martha all of Kennebunk. Scott will be remembered for his infectious smile and contagious laugh. Rest in Peace our sweet brother. Funeral service will be Tuesday December 13, 2022 at 10:00am at St. Louis Church in Fort Kent, ME.
