Madawaska---Sonia Paradis, 83, passed away with her husband by her side on Sunday, June 14, 2015 at a Bangor health care facilityShe was born in St. Rose, Quebec, Canada on August 26, 1931, daughter of the late Arthur and Laurine (Soucy) Caron. . Sonia really enjoyed being outdoors, feeding and watching the birds. Sonia is survived by her husband of fifty three years, Clifford Paradis of Madawaska; one brother, Ronald Caron of St. Rose, QC; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by thirteen siblings, Herve, Yolande, Leon, Renaud, Laval, Marielle, Lucille, Bruno, Renald, Hermence, Sarto, Jean Guy, and Ivanhoe. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Friday, June 19, 2015 at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church. There will be no visiting hours. Interment will be held immediately after the service in the Parish cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lajoie Funeral Home.
