SCARBOROUGH- Steven J. Cyr, 45, died unexpectedly on Sept. 14, 2012 in Scarborough. He was born in Fort Kent, Maine on Nov. 29, 1966. Steve was a 1985 graduate of Madawaska High School and a 1987 graduate of WCVTI. He is survived by his mother, Bernadette Fongemie and step-father, Gerald Fongemie of St. David; one sister, Charlene Cyr, of Portland; a daughter, Courtney Keach, of Portland; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Steven was predeceased by his father, Clarence Cyr. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10am on Tuesday, October 2 at the St. David Catholic Church. A private Interment will be at the St. Thomas Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lajoie Funeral Home in Madawaska. A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Portland.
