Suzanne Theriault

Fort Kent--- Suzanne “Sue” (Albert) Theriault, 67, peacefully entered into Eternal Life on June 7, 2026, at her home with her family at her side. She was born February 24, 1959, in Baker Brook, NB, Canada, a daughter of the late Aurele and Rachel (Lizotte) Albert.

Known to all as a sweet lady who loved her sweets, but it will be her kindness and willingness to help for which she will be remembered. She loved all things sweet, especially her grandchildren, Aria, Jackson, Mia, and Stella.

Sue tackled many things in her life, including learning English, becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), raising two sons, Shawn and Scott, and embarking on adventures outside of Fort Kent, even though she was a homebody who preferred reading a good book.

Sue is survived by her husband, Wayne, who was by her side until the end. She is also survived by her two sons, Shawn and Scott; four grandchildren; two sisters, Marie-Anne and Julianne; and two brothers, Jacques and Reno.

Friends and relatives are invited to a graveside funeral service at 2 PM on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at St. Louis Cemetery, Fort Kent. Arrangements are a service of Lajoie-Daigle Funeral Home, 14 E. Main St., Fort Kent.
