Fort Kent- Sylvia Maria Deprey, 86, died on December 23, 2017 with family by her side at a Fort Kent Health Care Facility.
She was born in Fort Kent on November 10, 1931, the eldest daughter of Minal and Odile Caron.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 59 years in 2008, Gilbert Deprey of Fort Kent.
Sylvia is survived by five children: Don (Claire) Deprey, Rod (Kathy) Deprey, Janice Madore, Brian (Chance) Deprey, Peggy (Greg) Willard. Grandchildren; Shawn Madore, Tracy Garvais, Bev Cote, Brad Deprey, Kelly Ozbolt, Kristen Willard, Peter Deprey, Hadassa Deprey, nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Nine siblings: Carroll (JoAnn), Roger (Gloria), Jimmy (Angel), Gilman (Colette), and Michael (Jackie) Caron, and sisters; Lucienne Daigle, Ginny Daigle, Doris (Elmer) Daigle, Teresa (Norman) Guerette, and two sister's in-law, Nancy Caron and Lou Caron.
In addition to her husband she was predeceased by one daughter Lisa and a son Kevin, two brothers; Roland and Raoul, one sister, Gladys Caron.

Friends may call Thursday, December 28, 2017 from 9 to 10:30am at the Lajoie-Daigle Funeral Home, Fort Kent. Funeral service will be held 11 am Thursday at the Assembly of God Church, Frenchville Rd., with Rev. Duane Stiles officiating.
