St. Francis – Theresa Marie (Pelletier) Kelly, 76, went home to be with our Lord and Blessed Mother on May 17, 2021, in St. Francis.  She was born August 7, 1944, to the late Romeo and Rita (Jandreau) Pelletier.

Theresa married Henry Kelly of Allagash on January 7, 1961 and raised five children.  After raising her children, she worked outside the home, cleaning houses, which she made many wonderful friends and memories.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, dancing with her great-grandchildren, cooking for her children, reading, doing Sudoko, making puzzles and attending mass.

Theresa is survived by her husband, Henry, of 60 years, her children, Vicky Ouellette, (Rodney) of St. John Plt., ME, Sharon Mitchell (Darrell) of St. Francis, ME, Keith Kelly (Lana) of St. John Plt., ME, Leisa Kelly-Nadeau (Mike) of St. John Plt., ME, and Karl Kelly (Susan) of Madawaska, ME.  She is also survived by her grandchildren her pride and joys, Gina Daigle (Daniel) of New Canada, ME, Courtney McBreairty (Jerod) of Fort Kent, ME, Kelby Pelletier of Brunswick, ME, Jeremy Kelly (Kelly) of St. Francis, ME, Michelle Deschaine (J.D.) of Fort Kent, ME, Andrea Kelly of Fort Kent, ME, Katherine Kenneson (Adam) of Fort Kent, ME, Charles Nadeau (Kayla) of St. John Plt., ME, Emmaline Nadeau of St. John Plt, ME, William Nadeau of St. John Plt, ME, Morgan Kelly of Madawaska, ME, and Kurtis Kelly of Madawaska, ME;  and her great-grandchildren, the apples of her beautiful eyes, Adaline and Emersyn Daigle of New Canada, ME; Luke, Beau and Drew McBreairty of Fort Kent, ME, Rebecca and Bethany Kelly of St. Francis, ME, Abram and Anna Deschaine of Fort Kent, ME, Rosalie and Simon Kenneson of Fort Kent, ME, and Gracie Nadeau of St. John Plt., ME.

She is also survived by her siblings, Letha Parsons (Fred), and Barbara Sterzik (Larry) of Michigan, Ronnie (Diane), and Larry (Sue) Pelletier of Connecticut and Judith Huminston of Connecticut, Donna Desjardins (Robert) of Florida, Mona Kelly (Leonard) of Fort Kent, ME, and Connie Jackson of Fort Kent, ME.

Theresa was predeceased by three siblings, Roy and Peter Pelletier of Connecticut and infant Darrell Pelletier of St. Francis.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021 at the St. Charles Catholic Church in St. Francis at 10:00 a.m. followed by a graveside burial at the St. Charles cemetery.  Those who wish to make a donation may donate to the Faith Formation Center, St. John Vianney Parish, 26 East Main Street, Fort Kent, Maine.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Lajoie-Daigle Funeral Home.
