Van Buren--- Vinal J. Brown, 69, passed away on April 16, 2026, at a Van Buren health care facility. He was born in Van Buren on June 26, 1956, son of the late Leonard and Matilda (Laplante) Brown. He is survived by three siblings, Jacqueline Labreck of Van Buren, Raymond Brown of Hartford, CT, Richard Brown of Van Buren; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his ten siblings, James Brown, Geneva Brown, Geraldine Powell, Joanne Ayotte, "Jack" Brown, Gene Brown, Lorraine Labreck, Diane Brown, Ronald Brown, Sr., and Drena Craft. Funeral services will be held later in the spring.
