IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Wayne
Levesque
July 1, 1968 – February 20, 2024
Van Buren--- Wayne R. Levesque, 55, passed away unexpectedly February 20, 2024, from heart issues. He was born July 1, 1968, in Van Buren, a son of the late Joel "Joe" and Emerilda (Michaud) Levesque.
Wayne was the owner and operator of Wayne's Bodyshop in Van Buren since 1989. He loved working on vehicles and pleasing his many customers and operated a tow service. When he wasn't working in the shop, Wayne would work various jobs around the St. John Valley. A jack-of-all-trades, his skills spanned carpentry, millwork, or just about any job that needed finishing. One of his favorite pastimes was driving through town with his loyal dog at his side, Muffin. Wayne enjoyed riding his "buggy" through the many trails in the Valley and go target shooting.
He is survived by his fiancé, Janet McMann of Van Buren; two stepchildren he took in under his wing, Katelyn Stubbs and Quinn McMann; two grandchildren, Timothy and Wyatt; siblings, Ralph Levesque, Ernest Levesque, Paul Levesque, Roger Levesque, and Donna Pinette; a special cousin and coworker, Norman Levesque; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides his parents, Wayne was predeceased by two siblings, Ned Levesque and Louise Beaulieu.
