Obituary
Madawaska and Grand Isle---Yvonne Devost, 85, passed away on March 31, 2016 surrounded by her loving family at a Madawaska health care facility. She was born in Van Buren on June 30, 1930, daughter of the late Thadie and Irene (Sirois) Theriault. She is survived two daughters, Arleen Cyr and her companion Bert, Helen Devost and her fiancé Robert Beaulieu of Madawaska; two sons, Charles Devost and his wife Linda, Reno Devost and his wife Deborah of New Hampshire; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; many nieces and nephews. Yvonne was predeceased by her husband, Walter Devost; two sons, Rodney and Danny Devost; four sisters, Jeanne, Bella, Eva, Marthe; one brother, Rudolph. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at the St. Gerard Church in Grand Isle. Family and friends may offer their condolences from 9am until 9:45 at the church before the Service. Spring interment will be held in the Parish cemetery.
