St. Francis --- Yvonne (Plourde) Thibodeau, 87, passed away peacefully at home on June 1, 2019, surrounded by her loving family. Yvonne was born on May 20, 1932 in Connors, N.B., daughter of the late Remi and Emma (Hache) Plourde. On June 25, 1951 Yvonne married Addis Thibodeau and they had 11 children. Yvonne dedicated her life to being a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She found pleasure in country music, attending garage sales, and watching tennis and boxing. Yvonne enjoyed planting flowers and meticulously decorated her home and lawn … leaving no question where Yvonne Thibodeau lived! Most of all, she loved spending time with her family. Yvonne is predeceased by her parents; her husband Addis; her daughter Angela; her son, Brian; and her sisters Iréne (Plourde) Ouellette and Hélén (Plourde) Oakes. Yvonne is survived by her son Rodney Thibodeau and wife Bethann of St. Francis; son Gary Thibodeau and wife Carla of St. Francis; son Robert Thibodeau and wife Nora of Fort Kent; daughter Marie Thibodeau of Bangor; daughter Sandra Thibodeau and Philip Jandreau of St. Francis, son Philip Thibodeau and wife Lisa of Chelsea; son Ritchie Thibodeau of Bangor; Son Robbie Thibodeau and wife Rhonda of St. Francis; son Roderick Thibodeau and wife Shiela of Bangor. Grandchildren, Danielle, Kelly, Corey, Nic, Jake, Jesse, Josh, Brooke, Hannah and Kyle; 10 great-grandchildren; her brother, Alphonse Plourde and wife, Marie-Jeanne; her brother, Lionel Plourde and wife, Rachel; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call at Lajoie-Daigle Funeral Home in Fort Kent from 6-8pm on Thursday, June 6, 2019 and from 7:30 – 8:30am on Friday, June 7, 2019. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9am on Friday, June 7, 2019 at the St. Charles Church, 907 Main St., St. Francis. The committal service will immediately follow the service in the parish cemetery.  The family would like to thank Fr.
